Q: I've placed my order- now what?
A: After your order is placed, we will dispatch the product. You will receive an email notification with the shipping date, once issued we can provide a tracking number so you can see the anticipated delivery date. If you need assistance or are wondering where your package is- contact us any time.
Q: How do I use the tracking number?
A: Once issued, you can visit https://www.17track.net/en with your details to find out where your package is. Or again, contact us and we can assist you in using the data and provide further details/updates.
Q: What if I don't receive the package?
A: In some rare cases, it can take up to 25 days for you to receive the order. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the 'Contact' page on our website. We will be happy to track down the whereabouts of your package.
Our standard return policy covers you for 30 days from the receipt of your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
Please note that any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
